Yabei User Service Agreement

I. Scope and Acceptance of Agreement

This agreement is an agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as 'User') and Yabei Platform (hereinafter referred to as 'this Platform' or 'We') regarding the use of various services provided by this Platform.

The content of this agreement includes the main text of the agreement and all types of rules that this Platform has published or may publish in the future. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of the agreement.

This Platform reserves the right to modify this agreement or formulate and modify various specific rules in accordance with this agreement from time to time as needed and publish them on this Platform without separate notice to users. Once the modified agreement and rules are published on the website, they shall take effect automatically.

II. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Qualification

4.2 Order Validity

When you purchase products through this Platform, after you select products in the order and submit the order, the order information generated by the system is data automatically generated by the computer information system based on the content you filled in, and only represents your purchase offer to the merchant. Only after the merchant confirms shipment, the order contract between you and the merchant is established.

4.3 Price Policy

The product prices displayed on this Platform may change in real time according to market conditions, and the final transaction price shall be based on the price displayed when you submit the order. If there is an obvious pricing error, this Platform has the right to cancel the relevant order.

4.4 Payment and Delivery

• You should complete payment in time according to the order amount;

• Product delivery costs, delivery methods and delivery times are subject to the order page display;
• This Platform is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by force majeure or other reasons not attributable to this Platform.

4.5 Return and Exchange Policy

V. Intellectual Property

• Service interruption or delay caused by communication lines, network failures, computer system failures or other system failures;
• Losses caused by your own faults such as account password leakage and device loss;
• Losses caused by third-party actions (including but not limited to hacker attacks and computer viruses);
• Quality, safety and other issues of products or services provided by merchants, for which the merchant is responsible.

7.2 Risk Warning

You understand and agree that in the process of using this Platform's services, there may be misleading, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal information from any other person, or anonymous or impersonated information that infringes on the rights of others, and actions accompanying such information. VIII. Service Changes, Interruption and Termination

This Platform may change the service content, and may also interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.

If any of the following circumstances occurs, this Platform has the right to unilaterally interrupt or terminate the provision of services to you without notifying you, and without assuming any responsibility to you or any third party:

This Platform's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
